Magnet Award
Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center recently received the Magnet Award, the highest recognition a hospital can be given for outstanding achievement in nursing services. Saint Elizabeth is one of just over 100 acute care facilities nationwide to receive this honor bestowed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

The award places Saint Elizabeth among the nation's best for attracting the highest quality professional nurses. Nurses who are satisfied with their jobs and committed for the long-term; nurses who develop and run innovative patient care programs; and nurses who share leadership, working closely with physicians, families and other caregivers at all levels. The award also says our nurses are among the finest in continuing education, teamwork, giving to the community, and attending to overall patient needs.

The Magnet symbol is displayed proudly on Saint Elizabeth information. It tells all who see it that the medical center's nursing staff is nationally recognized. The award represents years of experience and day after day of hard work - helping Saint Elizabeth take healthcare to a higher level.
